The Firm has a particular focus on representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination, "whistleblower", sexual harassment, and civil rights violation lawsuits, but can also represent and counsel clients in commercial litigation; probate litigation; family law (divorce, child custody, adoption); landlord-tenant; personal injury; automobile negligence; premises liability; debt recovery; municipal court; lease and contract negotiation, drafting, and review; estate planning; consumer bankruptcy; and residential real estate matters. The breadth of experience the Firm possesses allows it to build long term relationships with its clients by serving all of their legal needs.
Our ambition will be to make each client a client for life by achieving the best possible result for the client on their legal matter and by developing relationships that will allow us to understand the needs of each client. By providing outstanding and personal service on a consistent basis, we hope our clients will become our best salespeople.
Fee Structure
The fees charged by the Firm are determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the complexity of the matter, the risk accepted by the Firm, and the industry standard for the type of representation. For example, simple personal injury matters are traditionally undertaken on contingent basis, while municipal court matters are traditionally undertaken on a per charge or per appearance basis. On more complex litigation matters, such as employment discrimination or "whistleblower" suits, the terms of the Firm’s representation are customized on a case-by-case basis. The Firm also has the ability to accept payment by debit or credit card for the convenience of its clients.
